Returns & Exchanges

At Freak Athlete, we stand behind our gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
